A quick check of inventory reveals that there are currently 75 active/available residential homes for sale in the Ojai valley.  We haven’t seen that many listings on the market it well over a year, yet it’s still far fewer listings than we’ve historically seen at any given time (typically around 125 to 140 available residential listings).
