Last weekend I showed property in Santa Paula, and during the course of those showings I happened to show one of the coolest “vintage” houses I have ever seen. The home was built in 1927 but has been updated to today’s modern conveniences – while retaining the historic charm of the original design. The listing for this home has since expired, but I’m sure the owners would entertain any offers before they put it back on the market in the spring. Just a quick note on Lake Casitas: Today is the first day the lake level has increased since 6/20/23. From 6/20/23 through yesterday, the level only decreased by 3.4% over a span of six months (74.0% down to 70.6%). It would seem that water conservation efforts are working.
Just for reference, the lowest level we saw last year was 29.2% (on 11/28/22).
