No new listings have come to the market since 12/24.

 

Regarding the rainfall totals, that’s the highest amount of rain from a single storm system that I can recall in my 21 years in Ojai.  The only damage I received at my house was a small tree that snapped in half.  Oddly, this same tree has snapped in half two other times in the years I’ve lived here – and each time I just picked up the fallen top half, left the bottom half, and then the tree has regrown.  I hope all of you made it through the storm unscathed!
