Apologies for the lack of updates the last few days.  As it turns out, on Monday morning I (and I’m sure thousands of others) were notified of a security breach in WordPress, the platform I use to publish the website.  In effect, I was locked out of the site until the proper procedures were put in place to fix it.

 

On a more pleasant note, congrats to our clients/buyers, who closed on the purchase of their new home at 704 Palomar Road!

Here’s a quick market update:  We saw 23 new listings come on the market in October, while 17 properties sold during that same period.  Of those 17 sales, 8 of the properties sold above list price and 3 sold at full price.  For comparison, we saw 48 new listings in September, while 32 properties sold during that same time period.  Of those 32 sales, 12 of the properties sold above list price and 3 sold at full price.

 

Finally, Not Ojai-related, but congrats to our client/seller who closed on the sale of their home at 1267 Chalmette Avenue in Ventura!
